is there a warranty for the installation?

Smartscape Turf Innovations provides a one-year warranty on installation related concerns. These include up to 4 inches of demolition (unless otherwise specified on the personalized estimate), shifting in the base, grading concerns, infill or border defects and drainage concerns related to drainage items installed by Smartscape Turf Innovations.Product/Vendor Warranty information will be provided to each client on their contract. Our current vendor has a 15+ year Warranty on their Turf.

What maintenance or after-care is required?

Smartscape Turf Innovations provides each client with an “After-Care Instructions” document with their client contract. Things like: Infill, Blades, Seams, Window Reflections and Pool Inflatables, Pets, Inclement Weather etc. are all included in this document so that there should be no surprises!

What incentives do clients get with installation?

At Smartscape Turf Innovations, customer service relationships prioritize very highly to us. At this time, We offer each client (one) free grooming within the first year of installation. This gives us the opportunity to come back and ensure that the installation is looking pristine. We also are available AT ANY TIME via text or call for any additional questions.

We also offer cash incentives for referring us to your friends and family. Word-of-mouth recommendations are very powerful for small businesses!

How is each project total generated?

We utilize a business calculator that auto-populates material cost for each vendor and fair labor charge for the job based on our sq/ft inputs.We run a licensed and bonded business and are committed to offering the highest quality installation for a fair price.Of course, our project estimate will come in higher than an unlicensed company or a DIY project. However, we ensure fair pricing for a premium installation. Our business was founded as a backyard idea when we were comparing and analyzing the average cost of landscaping design.

What should we expect during and after our estimate?

We aspire that each client meet our owner (Fernando) at their project consultation. At times, the lady behind the scenes (Amy) and our project Foreman will be present to assist and document. We gather measurements, photos, and discuss design. Within a few business days, our potential clients will receive an email with “next steps” information and a .pdf attachment containing your personalized estimate.

How do we proceed to scheduling our project start date?

We award our start-dates on a first-come-first serve basis with a $500 deposit. This deposit is followed by a work-order contract “digital envelope” sent via Docusign.

do you offer financing options?

We offer our clients a variety of financial platforms options for making their project payment installations and deposit. These platforms often participate with the client’s credit institutions to provide a financing option with a 3% charge per transaction.

Utilizing his expertise with installing professional sports fields, school playgrounds, commercial businesses and lastly residential turf- he developed an individualized technique for seaming, durability, longevity, and artistic beauty. He has further researched and implemented techniques that specialize for pet related installations. We prioritize transparency, customer education and relations, fair pricing, and maintain our license, bond, and insurance for added peace of mind with each installation.
